of our expressions. Colours are healing itself.
A picture is worth thousand words they say.
So those instead of accessing the rational, analytical mind to find words to express those thousand words, how would it feel if we can simply just find ways to express ourselves which are beyond our rational mind?.
Just a beautiful blue open sky, green grass, a beautiful rainbow on a rainy day, colourful flowers in a garden has a deep impact in our physical and psychological well being.
Colours have always been an integral part of our expressions. Colours are healing itself.

The chakras are the foci of our spiritual power and vitality, according to Indian theological tradition. The following hues are associated with each of the seven chakras.
Red
The root chakra is located at the base of the spine and is associated with the colour red in spiritual practise. The seventh chakra's
primary function is to facilitate contact with the physical world.
Orange
Two to three inches below the navel, orange stands in for the Sacral Chakra. The sacral chakra is associated with sexuality, the adrenals,
the kidneys, and fertility. The terms "mind-body chakra" and "seventh chakra" are both acceptable names for this energy centre.
Yellow
The solar plexus chakra, represented by the colour yellow, is responsible for the health of the liver, pancreas, digestive system, gallbladder,
willpower, and self-esteem. This chakra may be found at the abdomen, between the navel and the breastbone.

The green colour of the Heart Chakra stands for total acceptance and love. Connections are made to the respiratory and immunological systems in
addition to the central nervous system, energy, mental concentration, compassion, and human agency.
Blue
The thyroid gland and the metabolic system, as well as a calm, collected demeanour, have long been linked to the colour blue.
Indigo
This is the colour associated with the third eye chakra, which sits in the space between the eyes. The pineal and pituitary glands are connected to
this problem. It has negative effects on our memory, concentration, and self-assurance, as well as our capacity to get to and remain asleep.
Violet
One's Crown Chakra, also known as the Third Eye, sits at the very top of their head. The colour violet is linked to this chakra. This characteristic
is associated with the ability to dream, a well-functioning pineal gland, consistent sleep cycles, and a high photosensitivity.
Infact, subconsciously we are choosing certain colours even when it comes to our food intake. Spinach which is green, tomato which is red, orange fruit which is orange in colour. Have we ever wondered why we prefer certain colours over the others?
Even the clothes that we wear, why do we choose certain colours particularly. Why do we choose to express ourselves through that desired colour?
Colour therapy has a deep communion with us even if we have ever introspected or not.
So in Prana Healing House, we use this powerful colour therapy to allow the client to express themselves beyond the words of the conscious mind and allowing them to use colours to express all the emotions and feelings they have regressed & still blocking their energy body.
So let’s use colours to express ourselves and find a way to return back to our lost inner child.
